Field Reference

Use this as your standard structure so every trade is comparable in weekly reviews.

Field How to fill it
Date/TimeRecord when the trade was opened to evaluate timing and session quality.
Market/PairWrite the exact instrument (for example BTC/USDT or AAPL).
Direction (Long/Short)Mark whether your thesis was bullish or bearish.
SetupName the exact setup from your playbook (breakout, pullback, mean reversion, and so on).
TimeframeAdd the execution timeframe used for entry.
EntryLog your planned or executed entry price.
StopRecord the invalidation level where the trade idea is wrong.
TargetDefine the planned take-profit level or objective.
Position sizeSave the exact size in units, contracts, or lots.
Fees estimateAdd expected costs so your performance is not overstated.
Notes before entryCapture your thesis in one or two clear lines.
Exit priceRecord the final executed exit price.
Result ($)Track net profit/loss in account currency.
